Lovely location. Beautiful comfortable interior. Helpful staff. Delicious safe health warm gluten free food. We had the Brussel sprout salad and the spaghetti noodle pink sauce with Salmon. Definitely coming back.

Recently diagnosed with celiac, and had family in from the east coast. We all wanted to go out to eat, and it was nice to be able to go somewhere where I felt safe eating. The prices were definitely up there, but it’s also in a nice part of Santa Monica. Would come here again!

I love Impasta! We’ve ordered dinner from here a few times now. I absolutely love everything I’ve had. The staff is friendly. I believe it’s fully GF. I like that you can build your own pasta or choose one of their suggested combinations. I love the hearts of palm noodles!

So my fiancé and I went in expecting pastas that would be rice flour or something based. Instead, all the pasta options are “healthy” alternatives like heart of palm, zucchini, spaghetti squash, etc. Not bad, but not what we were expecting! The sauce from the two different pasta dishes we ordered were good, but the texture is interesting.

I do want to come back again and try their pizza and garlic bread!

Dedicated facilities. Garlic bread is based on a Schar baguette. Several kinds of veggie noodles as well as shirataki (Japanese seaweed derivative. The sauces were creative and tasty. Fast casual place, but service was prompt. Noodles cooked to order which took a few minutes. Went with 3 friends who can eat anywhere (I'm the celiac), and all were more than willing to come back with me.
