They have gf buns but put my sandwich on regular bread anyway. The prep area is piled up with food debris.

Super cool they ask if it’s an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they confirmed they made it separately with clean gloves and utensils. Bread roll from Mariposa was super delicious!

They were very careful and knowledgeable. No issues afterwards. One of the best sandwiches I've had! I had the Menage A Trois. Delicious! The only problem is there isn't an Ike's near me!
