If you are sensitive at all to cross contamination, I would personally not recommend this to you. It’s a buffet style set up and when we asked they could not tell us which toppings were GF.
It looks delicious and if you aren’t GF it’s probably a great spot though.

It was fine for something quick, but cross contamination appears to be highly likely and the food just wasn’t that great.

GREAT about making sure gloves are changed and cutting down the amount of cross contamination.

Fast casual Mac and cheese and panini restaurant. Gluten free options for both bread and pasta. They take serious precautions to prevent cross contamination and know which add ons have gluten.
I felt fine after the meal. The food itself is okay, not great.

They have great GF penne pasta and GF bread. Everyone was knowledgeable about what contained gluten and the menu was marked. The owner was who took my order and she asked me about what my favorite bread was cause she wants to have the best bread. I didn’t have any problems. Would recommend to anyone GF (I am not celiac).

I had been wanting to try them forever, but wasn't sure if it would be safe or accomodating. I'm so glad I finally did. They have several different gluten free and vegan options. It hit spots I didn't know I had!

I started to ask about clean utensils and the staff informed me that they take precautious. The gluten free noodles (taste like barilla penne pasta) are cooked in their own pot and drained with their own colander. The gf noodles are also in a dedicated container that is covered to help minimize cross-contamination. The cheese sauce is delicious AND gf!
I loved being able to have Mac ‘n’ cheese at a restaurant and not be worried. I definitely recommend coming!!!
*note it is placed in the little conveyor oven with other non-gf so just ask staff about precautions

I went to this establishment for lunch earlier today seeing that they had gluten free options, however I am very disappointed with the service provided as well as the meal provided. For reference, I have celiac which is a very serious autoimmune issue, not just an allergy.
First, the workers that were helping us (two blondes, I didn’t catch their names) did not have an understanding of a gluten allergy and were not accommodating nor helpful when looking at the menu. They didn’t even know that their main cheese sauce had gluten in it (I had to look up their nutritional menu and show them). The girl taking my order was in fact pushing me to get the regular sauce, and I decided to double check their nutritional menu and saw that, in fact, it did have gluten. It wasn’t even labeled as “may contain” and just straight up indicated that there was gluten.
Second, when the meal was given to us, after eating half of it I discovered that there were breadcrumbs in it. These breadcrumbs were not gluten free, and while I may not have had a lot of these breadcrumbs, even the slightest bit of cross contamination gets me sick. And to add to that, I did eat some, so this is not just a case of cross contamination. Already typing this, I am starting to not feel well and will likely be seriously ill the rest of the day.
This establishment is not celiac friendly for those that have it, and I would highly recommend against going. Noodles & Company in Lake Mary has good gluten free options and I have not gotten sick there in recent years.

As far as GF options go, there are few options. If you go for the Mac N Cheese, like we did, the cheese sauce is thickened with flour, so not GF and the other options aren’t what we were looking for in a Mac N Cheese. The GF noodles were crunchy. We went in excited to try a new place and were let down. They do offer GF bread for a grilled cheese, however, we did not try that.

This is the best gf mac and cheese I’ve ever gotten. I got the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese with grilled chicken and added pickles and jalapeños. It was so good I was nervous I got regular noodles. I had no reaction and it was super fast.

Owners are soooo nice! They cooked the Mac and cheese in a separate area, and told us they took precautions for gluten free. They were a really friendly family and the food, both gluten and gluten free, was great!
