Even though they offer gluten free options. When my family ordered some meals, the orders were so mixed up and wrong that I will not trust them for gluten free food ever again.
Do not trust these people if you have Celiac desease.

They don’t have a GF menu just an allergen list. Contrary to others reviews several sauces and many other menu items are not GF. Terrible cross contamination at the sauce bar. People drip soy sauce and other gluten laden sauces in nearby containers when serving. I was careful but some are not. I feel terrible today. The food was good (give me the credit, I made it) but for )$10 you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere. $2.79 for a glass of water. I won’t be back!
No
HuHot does not have a gluten free menu but does have an allergen list and a list of gluten free sauces. Ask them to clean a spot on the grill and use different utensils, if necessary.
Staff took extra care to protect my food from cross contamination. Staff gives you a whit plate to distinguish your food during prep, they use new spatulas and do an extra cleaning of the grill. Manager expressed that they use GF soy sauce to make all sauces. We will definitely return!!!
Yes
All sauces are gluten free and they have Thai noodles. Let your server know and they will give you a white plate and the cooks use separate utensils and clean a spot on the grill with make shift barriers. Ask for the GF soy sauce from server.
Yes
For good place for celiacs. Alert them to allergy and they accommodate. And no MSG.

GF HEAVEN. Knowledgeable waitstaff. Courteous and helpful cooks on the grill. They cleaned the grill thoroughly, got clean utensils and set up a barrier. I am a VERY sensitive Celiac (can't touch it or walk in a bakery). I had NO REACTION. Thank you
Yes
They will make an extra effort to make sure they can accommodate to your needs. Even double cleaned, barrier, and use a different spatula.

The server was great and I loved the “allergy bowl” concept. They did great at labeling and explaining what was GF and great at keeping it separate while cooking. The only downside I saw was the serving area for the actual noodles… there was definitely some cross contamination there.

If you ask when checking in, they give you special bowls that indicate a food allergy and have a menu with lots of allergen information. They also have special procedures to clean the grill surface and use dedicated, new cooking utensils. Only downside is few GF sauces. And obviously with any sort of buffet / salad bar setup cross contamination is a consideration.

It was an incredible experience. Every time that a person with allergies came they shout VIP! That’s so kind. They have you a yellow bowl to differentiate from other costumers. The people who cooked the food was aware of our needs and also cleaned the surface where they cooked, very carefully. The waitress was kind and offered to give us food from the kitchen in case we thought that could have cross contamination. Again, amazing experience! Food tasted delicious too!

All of their sauces are no longer gluten free (only 3 are now). I only incidentally discovered this looking at a table advert halfway through my meal. I confirmed this change with the manager. The problem lies with the big metal sign over the sauces still states all sauces are gluten free (as it was in years past). I passed upon him the importance of changing the sign as it is misleading and people can get really sick. Sad to lose this restraunt, I used to look forward to the yummy food and all the options I had. *note, if you like only sweet and sour or coconut peanut sauce, you should be okay to continue. The people at the grill will clean it if you ask, beware of cross contamination risk though as they tend to use the same spatulas.

Tasty food, we love date night here once and a while! GF option is rice noodles then veggies and meat and sauces. They will clean the grill and separate your food from others if you make them aware of a gluten allergy.
