Gluten Intolerant

I have a breakfast burrito with bacon on a gluten free wrap once a month with no issues. Their bacon is gluten free with no fillers - they use Smithfield’s.

They are not a dedicated gluten free kitchen and with any establishment that offers both gluten and gluten free options there is a potential for cross-contact/cross-contamination. If you inform them they will change gloves and clean surfaces.

They did have a gluten free chocolate chip cookie for awhile that was better than any other locally gluten free chocolate chip cookie and was reasonably priced. Again, because of other products containing gluten in proximity, it would not be safe for people with Celiac.

I had the eBat sandwich and requested a gluten-free roll. The roll was great. I am pretty sure the bacon was not gluten-free, as I did have a mild reaction (in my case about a half-hour of coughing/throat clearing after a meal indicates some gluten contamination) That’s on me for neglecting to ask, but I wrongly assumed a place that seems to pride itself on healthy local products and offered gluten-free rolls wouldn’t have bacon with wheat as a filler. So please ask just to be sure! They didn’t seem to have any gluten free breads or pastries for sale but the coffee was great.

The gluten free buns are awesome for breakfast and lunch sandwiches as alternative to bagel/bread they usually come on. Love the food here and you can let them know it’s an “allergy” and the bread needs to be toasted on a GF designated grill or get it not toasted.
