Make sure you ask if imitation crab is used in any of your rolls or salad. We were asked when seated if there were any food allergies and Celiac was written at the top of the sushi order sheet for the chef. They have Tamara sauce available. The sushi was fantastic

Very understanding if you get the right server. The chefs know how to prepare for Celiac, but if you get server who doesn't ask the questions it can be sketchy. Gluten free soy sauce on request. Amazing sushi, if expensive.

Delicious Japanese food, clearly marked GF, and willing to work with you to make things GF. say that you have an allergy though because some things are marked GF and they require some modifications
