they offer a separate menu where you can order meats without marinade and cook it ok your own grill. i usually order some raw veggies and meat to grill with a side of sesame oil, salt and lemons as dipping sauce. although the soups and side dishes all contain soy sauce/gluten, their meats are fresh and worth the trip. also, for lunch, you have to ask for the dinner menu to order separate items as they only give you a special set lunch menu. just make sure to go early as they don't offer the separate dishes towards the end of lunch time.
