On safety—Dedicated fryer & utensils. Only use GF Flour in kitchen along with seasonings, stocks, dressings and marinades. We take care and pride in ensuring we do things cautiously and correctly to avoid cross contamination.

Owners son has celiac disease, so they are extremely educated! They have SO many options. Pizza, pasta, bread, dedicated frier, breaded chicken, fries, meatballs, etc.
