Franco’s is a great spot! Our waitress was very knowledgeable about celiac & gluten free options. Everything is made to order so they were able to accommodate my request for gluten free chicken Alfredo (which is often difficult to find because the sauce is usually thickened with flour). Our waitress even double checked that the chicken would be grilled in a safe area to prevent cross contamination. We also got a flourless chocolate cake for dessert which was delicious. No symptoms afterwards and I felt super safe with the seriousness of staff regarding how our order was handled.

I told them I was gluten, dairy, and tomato sensitive. They were very helpful in finding food I could eat safely. I had Chicken Marsala and a side of pasta with garlic and olive oil. They were both delicious. The servings were ample. the service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely return.

This place was great. I got a wonderful penne pasta and a flourless cake. They were very accommodating since they make the sauce to order. I would highly recommend. I will be going back.

They were out of gluten free pasta and the server didn't seem familiar with the gluten free options. Ended up leaving without eating because there were no available gluten free options. Very disappointing!

Franco's is a family owned restaurant. They make most of their sauces from scratch as well as their soups and desserts. Stock gluten free pasta. Great find!
