April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

Five Guys always does me right. Even though there is no 100% guarantee I trust this chain the most.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Got a cheeseburger in a container with pickles, lettuce and mayo and fries. They asked if I wasn't getting a bun because of an allergy, which I appreciated. Food was great and didn't get sick. Not sure if celiac friendly.

Staff does an excellent job ensuring your meal is prepared safely.

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
