Good food (if not as good as In'N Out :) and great service; the lady at the counter verified with her manager, and the lady making my lettuce cheeseburger changed her gloves; I had no reaction.
That said, the cross-contamination potential is enormous, because they touch buns and condiments, in particular slather the mayo over breed.
I was hungry, and downtown Phoenix is a gluten desert on Sundays, so I took a chance. But until ALL steps and employees are safe I would be careful.
They did a good job changing gloves and being careful with my daughters hot dog. only 1 person makes fries so no contamination there. buns are toasted on a separate grill

This place is dangerous if you have celiac. More often than not, the staff doesn't know what they are doing. If they do take precautions (change gloves ...) all the condiments have already been contaminated by handling buns then grabbing condiments with glutened gloves.
My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
