I have eaten here many times. I get a lettuce bowl, and always ask that they change their gloves due a gluten allergy. I've never gotten sick there. I am gluten intolerant and very sensitive to CC

I ordered a plain burger patty in a lettuce wrap and an order of fries. I asked them if they had a gluten free protocol for Celiacs and was assured they knew what to do. Unfortunately, I was glutened. I had a bad feeling about it when I picked up my order because the workers didn't seem careful in their work at all and the work areas in the kitchen were not clean. I'll listen to my instincts next time.

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
