Five Guys will wrap your burger in lettuce or put it in a bowl. I think the fresh fries are the only thing in the fryer, so they are safe.

Dedicated fryer, can get your burger lettuce wrapped or in a bowl (no GF buns). They flag your order as allergy and one person completes your order start to finish. They grab toppings from the bottom of the container or will get you toppings from the back!

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
