Unfortunately, this place is not safe and staff is not trained for gluten or any other allergies. The only training they have is to keep fresh vegetables safe from raw meets. Every time id go there I would feel little sick and now I know why. They don’t change gloves after they touch buns, only after touching raw meat. Bummer, loved their food. I did talk to manager, who promised he would talk to general manager, but I don’t have high hopes.

When we ordered my husbands burger with no bun we were immediately asked if it was due to an allergy. When we said yes we were very impressed with how careful they were to not cross contaminate. Glove change, one person working only on his food. Great job, and thank you for being so careful!

Great fries and burgers!

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
