On of my worst experience .
I asked for gluten free and the waiter recommande me crowishs with lubstertaill who are cooked in separate safety bag.
When the bag arrive, II see sausages in my bag with my crowfish and all the juice.
I ask the waiter, he apologizes and say me they will cook a new one.
20 minutes later, he come back with a « new plate! »
Happy they corrected their mistaque, I finally started to eat. Of course… it’s was amazing until …
Surprise ? The glutened sausage was under my craw Fich. All the plate is contaminated . Whether the plate when back you the cuisine, they just remove the saucage and said it’s safe now.
Is start what I believe is a new safe plate… surprised, a forbid pard of sausage… they just removed the saisage and don’t car about contamination.
The manager came and apologise. But they ask me to pay for what I had already ate ?!?
I explained him what I already hate will poison me during the evening and night.
Very upset, the manager finally agreed to remove my plate from the check. But no commercial gesture even for the drinks.

Got the Crawfish Special with the Garlic Butter sauce. No issues! Very very tasty, quite possibly the best seafood boil I’ve ever had. It was served in a bag, so I’m assuming everything is individually cooked IN the bag, reducing CC

It's build your own seafood bowl that is cooked separately in a plastic bag with spices.The Louisiana spice does not have wheat or butter. I also have a dairy sensitivity so I can't do either. I did not get sick, the food was delicious! I had a bag with Blue crab, lobster, shrimp, potatoes and snow crab legs. The bags can also be built with corn and sausage and there is a seasonal option of crayfish.
