One of the best dining experiences I have ever had! The complexity of layered flavors combined with how serious they took my gluten free needs was amazing. When I mentioned I have to eat gluten free (I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity), the waiter asked if it was an allergy or celiac and told me how they would handle it. Since every dish is made to order, I could eat almost everything on the menu (the fried chicken was a no-go). For appetizers, we had the roasted cauliflower minus the almonds due to cross contamination, steak carpaccio, octopus and shrimp bruschetta on gf rolls (my favorite of the three). They were all delicious. For my entree, I had the from the sea special which was mahi-mahi. The only modification was no sweet potato beignet, but I didn’t miss it. For dessert, I had the pear and cranberry pavlova. It was delicious! I can hardly wait to go back!
