My experience at Etch was great. I made a reservation through Open Table and added a note about being Celiac. My server took the time to make note of this prior to my arrival and proactively spoke to the Chef so he could outline all of the gluten free options available. When the food was brought to the table, we were guaranteed there was no cross contamination during the preparation of the dish. They also had a two gluten free dessert options. Aside from the restaurant (and everyone working there) being extremely respectful and careful due to my Celiac diagnosis, the food was also amazing! I ate every bite. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
