Culver’s was safe for me a reactive celiac this week. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with American cheese. Bun was separate. Burger and toppings were packed in a clamshell container so you kind of have to assemble your own burger. It came out without condiments so I added prepackaged stuff I found by the silverware. Fries were crinkle cut and fried perfectly. I always react 12+ hours after eating and found I had zero reaction. My meal was celiac safe.

i've gone here a couple times , I get a single burger on a gluten free bun with no issues . You can also add **Gluten Allergy ** to your order . The fries are naturally gluten free but are in the same fryer as other fried items, I seem to do fine with the cross contamination but be aware .

Culvers is my go to place. I have never had issues at any of them. The gluten free bun comes nicely warm and wrapped in plastic. I only get a hambergere, grilled chicken or coleslaw so that all I can report on. I am gluten intolerant with histamine and oxalate intolerance. The food is always good. I also get the thousand island dressing. I eat at culvers at least once a week. I like hambuergers with buns so I eat here.

They have an Udi's Gluten-free bun available.
Great experience. It felt very safe . The bun is very soft. Closest thing to a big Mac I’ve found. I need to bring my own home made gf Mac sauce to put on the burger next time.

Normally Culver’s has dedicated fryers for their fries but this location does not. Not safe to eat

The staff was knowledgeable about cross-contact. Assured me staff changed gloves when handling my food.
