So the buns are 100% safe (prepackaged and sealed) and they do notate that you have a gluten “allergy” when ordering. The fries are not fried separately. I would use caution however.

I just found a Culver's with a dedicated fryer! Awesome! They didn't have GF bun, but they are back in a week. They had a problem with the supplier.

The Culver’s in Fox Lake is the only place I truly feel comfortable eating at in Fox Lake! It’s a newer restaurant and they do have a dedicated French fry frier, so the fries are gluten free! They’re awesome about making sure everything is safe and the bun always comes in a bag to help prevent cross contamination. My go-to is the pot roast on a GF bun and it’s awesome with some BBQ sauce!
Yes
Great experience. It felt very safe . The bun is very soft. Closest thing to a big Mac I’ve found. I need to bring my own home made gf Mac sauce to put on the burger next time.
— Separate gluten-free menu
Normally Culver’s has dedicated fryers for their fries but this location does not. Not safe to eat

The staff was knowledgeable about cross-contact. Assured me staff changed gloves when handling my food.
