Most of the time I go in there the staff are clueless about preventing cross contamination. They ask me if I want a tortilla after telling them I'm gluten free and they get snippy if I ask them to change their gloves after I see them out their hands down on a troika. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by I've had reaction the past three times I've eaten there and will never eat there again.

Chipotle is my go to for gluten free they are fairly knowledgeable and offer a wide selection just wish they hadn’t gotten rid of corn tortillas
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
When I said I needed gluten free; the worker immediately went to wash hands, put on new gloves and switched out the serving utensils. He took it seriously and I appreciated it! The food was excellent!
The last two times I have been in I tell them I need gluten free...they have changed gloves and washed their hands and gotten new utensils for my order. I appreciate their training/knowledge of people that must have gluten free food.
Yes
Eaten here a few times, and the first two times I felt okay but the last time my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't do anything but lay down for 2 hours. This is with them changing there gloves.
Every time i go in its a hassle. They don't want to get new gloves, wash their hands, use new spoons. Cross contamination is way too easy. I get sick almost every time with an exception of a gentlemen getting fresh everything for me without me asking him to, all I ask was for him to wash his hands and put new gloves on and he asked me what I'm allergic to and i said i have celiac disease. He is a rare exception only ONCE did this happen.
Chipotle is one of the best fast-food chains when it comes to GF dining. It would be nice if they could make/order large corn tortillas so GF burritos/quesadillas.
An absolute staple. Safe & satisfying convenience food is worth its weight in gold with a gluten and dairy free lifestyle.

Chipotle offer Mexican Grill food served from a walk up line. Most food is GF except for the burritos. The tortilla chips are GF. So, be mindful of the cross contamination. They also change their gloves. The food was good.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.
