Great selections on Chili's gluten free menu, however, the roswell location is a freak show when it comes to knowing what gluten free is. It wasn't the first time I received a plate covered in gluten after specifically saying, "gluten free... no bread", etc, and seeing as I hear of this happening to a number of my gfree friends often, it won't be the last. DO NOT EAT HERE if you have Celiac. Restaurant employees, one favor you can do for the allergen community would be to educate yourself on each allergen you have a specific menu for. It is the server's responsibility to take special interest in making sure the plate comes off the kitchen line without any bread. Chili's always fixes the issue, the initial wait time is already ridiculous... now watch the rest of your family eat their food while you wait for a new plate to come out.

I told my waitress I was Gluten Free and she showed my on the kiosk how to bring up the gluten free menus. Which was way better then trying to read the menu. Very helpful.

Service was great! I told them I had a gluten allergy and they made sure the chef was aware. They have a gluten sensitive menu online. I had the baby back ribs with the house bbq. The sides that come with the ribs are NOT gluten free, so I got the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was mediocre. The ribs were dry and had little meat and the broccoli was dry as well. The mashed potatoes were great though! I did not react to this meal and I am very sensitive

They always ask extra questions and have the manager come out to talk with me. Seems like I always feel mildly sick after. I usually do the bowl or a salad.

EDIT: I returned, ordered the salmon and street corn this time, and it was much better than the meat.

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.

They have a good gluten free menu All the burgers are considered gf IF they don't have a bun. I ordered French fries, which are not fried in a dedicated fryer, however, I'm just sensitive to gluten. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that was very good. They didn't have any gluten free alcohol, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.
