Offers gluten free bun, grilled chicken, fries and beverages. (Fries fried in canola oil in a septate fryer than other products_ their breaded items are fried in another fryer with peanut oil).
They are super busy which leaves little time for extra attention and or care so celiac beware but I have eaten there before and have been fine and also have had minor reactions, I'd say it's split 50/50. Not GF but offers gluten friendly options.

First time going to a Chick-fil-A since being diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity several weeks ago. I’ve been eating gluten-free since I found out and did my research prior to deciding to come here. In my research I found that Chick-Fil-A has gluten-free fries, one of the main reasons I decided to give it a try. Only to be told by the manager that only the buns are gluten-free. It’s super frustrating when even the manager isn’t aware of what is or isn’t gluten-free.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I just learned that I have A gluten sensitivity, so I called several places. The manager of this Chickfila told me that she cannot guarantee their food is not cross contaminated. Yes, the fries have their own fryer, but the same tools are used to clean all the fryers. Plus, the grill where they cook all their meat is very close to the flour breading station. What a disappointment! I was really hoping chickfila would be Celiac friendly.

Most all of their chicken being breaded, I decided to try their market salad. I had pretty low expectations but it was pretty good. The downside being that sometimes they sell out of them and it's kind of over-priced. Other than that, pretty good.
This restaurant is always busy and always clean. We like the dedicated fryer for the fries, and the salads are always good with the grilled chicken, but sometimes I grow weary of salads. Sometimes I want hot food. . .
It was very busy, 12:30 on weekday. Ordered grilled chicken with gf bun & shake. Received shake within 5 min, took 10 more for sandwich, walked back to hotel- was missing the gf bun I paid $1.70 for.

I eat here frequently and do not get sick. If you tell them it’s a gluten allergy they will change gloves

You can order gluten free bun with any sandwich. Grilled chicken is also gluten free. It was good and didn’t make me sick. There are also salad options. Unfortunately the fries are not gluten free, but they do have bagged potato chips that are.

Called, and they informed me they had dedicated fryers for their fries, so the grilled chicken nuggets and the fries were safe. I had them put an allergen notice as well. There’s still a lot of rush for cross contamination, but I didn’t have any noticeable symptoms! My symptoms are often mild though, so it might not be a good Litmus test for more extreme cases.
