Newly diagnosed.Was told that anything on the menu could be GF and was prepared in a separate area so I was pretty encouraged. The server told me he understood because his “dog had celiac” lol. I chose a pizza but was told that they were actually out of GF crust so I had a pasta instead. It was fine, but pretty obviously from a box. It was kind of disappointing to pay $5 extra for the “gf option” while all my friends really enjoyed their fresh pizzas and pastas, but I guess that’s typical for this lifestyle 😔. Had some symptoms next day.

Gluten free pasta and pizza options, aware of celiac and take it seriously. I got the pasta alla Norma, it was good but you definitely miss the Al dente aspect of pasta. Radicchio salad was also pretty good too
