This is the second time I've gotten sick from eating here. They made major changes to the crusts and really don't understand the severity of Celiac disease. The level of cross-contaminaton has gotten worse, which is especially disappointing after the many times they provided great care with my food. I wish I didn't have to write this review.
No
The staff is so so professional when it comes to gluten free safety. They make sure to change gloves, have a separate sauce just for gluten free pizzas, a tray so the dough doesn’t touch any surface, and a clean pizza slicer. There is no separate oven to cook the pizza in if you’re really paranoid, but it’s on a tray so there shouldn’t be any cross contamination.

I have eaten here 2-3 times without getting sick. With much apprehension too. They seem unsure of what is designated gluten free. Once they threw away an entire pizza I ordered because of uncertainty and started over. They do try very hard(change gloves, check labels, etc) just watch them very carefully as they prepare your pizza and constantly remind them you have Celiac.
The staff was helpful - they asked if it was for preference or allergy and will change gloves, etc. if you ask, and the gf crust is on its own mat when they put it on the paddle. The GF pizza is yummy as well!
Great experience. They immediately called out that they needed a glove change and prepared my pizza away from the regular line of pizzas to avoid cross contamination.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. They changed their gloves without me asking and they have the Gf crust on its own mat. They changed gloves before adding my toppings & before cutting the pizza on its own tray with a separate cutter. Delicious.

Great GF pizza crust. The manager checked and said that all toppings are GF except for the beef and turkey meat balls. You just have to ask the staff to change their gloves and clean the pizza cutter.
They always do glove changes for my two celiac kids. One has a dairy allergy too and they have never gotten sick!

Typically staff will comply with a glove change and use separate utensils and ingredients from below, but I've had a couple of instances where I've communicated my intolerance and staff have looked me in the face and asked "Is it ok if I don't actually accommodate" or "do you actually need this"? Needless to say, I got sick. More recently even when they followed protocol I still got glutenated.

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.
