Abe & Mary's - De La Montagne

The counter person told me that gluten free wraps and sandwiches are prepared/toasted in the same place at normal sandwiches, so I got a salad. When I asked if the dressing contained gluten, she said no but sounded uncertain. Maybe a fine cafe but celiacs beware.

Had dinner here tonight for the first time after coming into town and wanting something fresh and close by our hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely and there are LOTS of gluten free options ! We are here for a few days and will go back to try breakfast and if not for lunch again as well. I felt safe eating here and full which is a huge plus.

Fantastic food! Lots of GF options, including some desserts. Amazing fruit bowl! I also had the avocado toast, which was delicious and safe.

Great GF find downtown. They have extensive GF options. The owner/manager has a coeliac daughter and was very aware of the gf requirements. She told me that they take great precautions. Me and my son are both coeliac and had no issues. Food was great. We had baked potato, oreo cake and muffins. We will go back to try more from the menu
